Thornybush Private Game Lodge

Thornybush Private Game Lodge is located in the large Timbavati Game Reserve that borders the Kruger National Park. There are no fences between the two parks, ensuring the free migration of animals. Safaris depart just after sunrise each day in an open fully equipped vehicle, and again in the mid-afternoon. Accommodation at Thornybush is luxurious, and the cuisine is excellent. The lodge is roughly 30 minutes from Hoedspruit airport, and Hoedspruit is an easy 2-hour direct flight from Cape Town, or less than one hour from Johannesburg, if your return flight is routed via there.
